Silver Pines Escrow, Inc. is licensed and regulated by the Department of Corporations, State of California (License No. 9630717).

Established in 1978, Silver Pines Escrow is the only independently owned escrow company in Big Bear.  “Independently owned” means we have no financial ties with any real estate company and can be completely neutral and unbiased as we process your escrow.

Because none of the business we get is “guaranteed” (as with other escrow companies who are affiliated with brokers), our employees know how important it is to EARN every escrow we have the opportunity to process.  Our goal is to complete each escrow with competence, efficiency, and personal service, as we cultivate repeat business from our satisfied customers.

We also work hard to be the BEST at what we do.  Our staff includes a Certified Escrow Officer, a Senior Certified Escrow Officer, a Bulk Sale Specialist, Mobile Home Specialist, and Certified Escrow Instructor.  These certifications are earned through continued education (a top priority for all of our staff), special training, and experience.
