Christy Snoke – Certified Escrow Officer

Christy joined Silver Pines Escrow in 1998, bringing with her almost 30 years of banking experience. Her years with the bank included management and loan servicing. She processes loan escrows, sales, and mobile home transfers. Her “let’s get it done” attitude is appreciated by all of her clients.

Kim Ohlson – Certified Escrow Officer

Kim came to Silver Pines Escrow in 2001 and immediately embraced her new profession by attending every available class offered in the Southern California area. She “took” to escrow, quickly advanced, and encouraged her co-workers along the way to work toward their professional designations.

Teri MacMaster – Certified Escrow Technician, Escrow Officer

Silver Pines Escrow welcomed Teri in 2002, with her love for learning new things. She shines in customer service, with her conscientious and diligent attitude. Her calm and reassuring presence is refreshing during the often emotional and stressful escrow period. Teri processes loan escrows, sales, and mobile home transfers.

Karen Babcock – Senior Escrow Officer

Karen has been with Silver Pines Escrow since 1987, moving and growing with the company over the years. Her strength is her strong rapport with her clients, and she keeps every one involved and “in the know” about the escrow process. She loves her work and loves working with people.

Glenda Lundin – Escrow Assistant

Glenda joined Silver Pines Escrow in 2004 with her administrative and bookkeeping background. She is appreciated for her many skills and her great attitude about working as a team player. She does “whatever needs doing”, including Notary services, all areas of escrow processing, and accounting.

Joyce Diplock – Receptionist

If you have spoken with Joyce, you’ve heard the “voice of Silver Pines Escrow” since 1998. Always enthusiastic and cheerful, she loves the people-part of her job, and you can hear it in her voice. Her easy-going attitude is a pleasant respite for both co-workers and clients involved in the sometimes-stressful world of “escrow”.

Jackie Eminger – Bookkeeper

A long-time resident of Big Bear, Jackie has been a part of the Silver Pines Team since 1983. Her many years of accounting and bookkeeping experience are a great asset to Silver Pines Escrow. Her commitment to local needs and charities is a source of pride to Silver Pines Escrow, as well.

Tina Thompson – Certified Sr. Escrow Officer / Manager

Tina has been involved in the real estate/escrow industry since 1974. She is proud to hold her Certifications as Senior Escrow Officer, Bulk Sale Specialist, and Mobile Home Specialist, as well as Certified Escrow Instructor. Superior service and education are her top priorities for the company and staff.
